Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any service from Boujie Animal Chats, DBA Boujie and Beyond™ ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website or booking a service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor, you take full responsibility for that transaction.

Nature of Services

Boujie and Beyond™ offers spiritual, energetic, and intuitive services including animal communication, medical mediumship, Reiki, shamanic energy work, and coaching. These services are based on ancient healing traditions and are offered for informational, spiritual, and personal growth purposes.

Results from our services are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors and vary by individual and animal. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the inherently intuitive and spiritual nature of this work.

Payments

Accepted Methods

Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms of your chosen payment processor.

Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the agreed schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid. Missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your access to the program.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a session has been delivered or a program has begun. If you have a concern about your experience, please contact us at support@boujieandbeyond.com and we will do our best to address it.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer an alternative time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, audio, video, course materials, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Boujie Animal Chats, DBA Boujie and Beyond™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission. Session recordings and materials provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

User Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person or animal
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to access our systems without authorization
• Reproduce or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves in a manner that is harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receiving appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@boujieandbeyond.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your expectations, produce specific results, or be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boujie Animal Chats, DBA Boujie and Beyond™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or $2,000 USD, whichever is less.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at support@boujieandbeyond.com to attempt an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
